Step 1: You will begin by brainstorming with the class about space exploration.
Step 2: Make a KWL in your science journal about what you know and what you want to know about space exploration. Leave the column blank for what have learned until requested to fill it in at a later time.
Step 3: Discuss with your fellow travel planners, how science and technology contribte to the advancement of planetary studies.
Step 4: Review the handout on the Activity Time Line, choose a planet to research, and find out who else has the same planet. Review Rubric 1: Planetary Travel Brochure and Rubric 2:Design for Future Mission to the Planet. Printed copy of the activity time line and rubrics will be available.
